In January 2023, the year kicked off at Vestamager Library with a colorful fireworks of an art exhibition - a life-affirming and topical exhibition focusing on the fauna of the Amager and Kalvebod Commons, painted by local artist Suzana Profeta.

It was a well-attended exhibition that brought color and life to the otherwise dark Vestamager. The pictures did not stand alone - the exhibition was complemented by stuffed animals and the sound of authentic birds chirping. It was an experience that touched all the senses - and both children and the elderly contributed to the buzz of questions about colors and fauna.

The name of the exhibition was - "Look them in the eyes - A natural moment" an exhibition inspired by wildlife, a wildlife that lives and breathes in symbiosis with the green heart of Copenhagen; Amager and Kalvebod Commons.

"Look into their eyes - a natural moment" was an exhibition that lived up to the expectations of the text, with paintings in alcohol inks, a technique that created the most beautiful patterns, layer upon layer, in a delicious texture - a texture that created a kaleidoscopic picture of the amazing world of fauna: done by an artist who with her creativity and imagination created a wonderfully colorful world at Vestamager Library - thanks to Suzana Profeta for the life affirming experience that citizens got with; "Look into their eyes - a natural moment".
