In short
When you purchase an artwork from me (Profeta/Suzana), it is most often either an original painting, a limited edition numbered giclée print, or a reproduction of an original work. Some works also come with an NFT – this will always be clearly stated in the description.
Prices and framing
All prices are listed exclusive of shipping.
Each artwork listing indicates whether it comes framed or unframed, including the frame’s size. If the frame is included, it is already calculated in the price.
Posters are sold unframed unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days.
Larger paintings (above 80×80 cm) may require additional time to ensure safe and secure packaging.
Shipping
You can select shipping type and delivery method when finalizing your order.
If you prefer to pick up your order in my studio in Kastrup, Denmark, this can easily be arranged.
Shipping is from Denmark (EU). There are no customs duties within the EU. For buyers outside the EU, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Most countries exempt original artworks from import duties, but please check your country’s regulations to be sure.
Local Pickup
If you’re in Denmark, you’re also welcome to collect and pay for the artwork in person in Kastrup. Simply reserve the order by emailing info@profeta.dk, and pay upon pickup either in cash, via MobilePay, or by showing a bank transfer receipt.
Commissions
For commissioned work, the agreed amount must be paid in full before the work begins – unless otherwise agreed in writing.
As a rule, no photos or progress images are sent during the process. After completion, photos of the finished artwork may be provided upon request.
All commissioned works are delivered with a physical certificate of authenticity (in English) as well as an NFT, which can be transferred to the buyer’s digital wallet at no extra cost. If the buyer does not request the NFT to be transferred within 14 days of delivery, I reserve the right to keep the NFT and potentially resell it elsewhere.
Payment
In my webshop, you can pay via PayPal or credit card using the secure payment system. Your payment details are safe – I never receive your credit card information.
You can also pay via bank transfer or MobilePay (+45 4080 4870) – please contact me to arrange this.
If I receive an order without an accompanying MobilePay transfer, I will send a request to the phone number provided.
Instalment payments
With Anyday, you can split your payment into four instalments. You pay the first part at the time of ordering, and the remaining balance over the next three months. Anyday is free of charge for you as long as payments are made on time.
Anyday gives you an account that can be used at all webshops offering Anyday payments.

Gifts
If you’d like to send an artwork as a gift directly to the recipient, this is absolutely possible. Just contact me to arrange the details. Gift wrapping is also available upon request.
Returns and cancellation
According to Danish law, there is no right of cancellation when buying art in a physical shop, gallery, or at a fair – unless otherwise agreed.
For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day right of cancellation, but this does not necessarily apply to unique artworks or custom-made commissions.
If you wish to return an artwork, please contact me as soon as possible. Returns are at your own cost and risk, and only accepted if the item is returned in the same condition and packaging.
Only full-price items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Complaints and warranty
You have the right to complain under Danish consumer law. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, or if you discover a defect, please contact me immediately.
I also offer repair services, if possible, for works that are damaged after purchase – this may incur a fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping and transportation. Feel free to contact me, and we’ll find a solution.
NFTs and Digital Certificates
Some of my artworks include an NFT, which functions as a digital proof of ownership. This will always be clearly stated in the description.
Giclée works with NFTs often include a unique serial number and/or hologram that matches the digital version. Feel free to contact me if you have questions about how this works.
Jurisdiction and Disputes
All transactions are subject to Danish law. Any disputes will first be attempted resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be handled by a Danish court.
