Collage

Still Life is a series of six collages, created as a unified narrative (hexaptych). The series draws on the classical still-life tradition, in which fruits and vegetables gradually evolve into subtle hints of humor, flirtation, and double meanings through text fragments and wordplay.

At first glance, the works appear to be traditional still lifes, but taken together, they form a hidden and slightly absurd narrative in which the meaning gradually shifts from one work to the next.

The series is created from discarded paper and hand-painted collages on paper.
