Digital Certificate

I offer digital certificates (NFTs) along with my artworks to ensure that large canvases become even better investments. Each giclée print comes with both a paper certificate of authenticity and an NFT, which serves as a digital certificate.

Benefits of digital certificates (NFTs):

  • Proof of ownership: The NFT serves as a unique digital proof of ownership that is directly linked to the physical artwork.
  • Security and Authenticity: With an NFT, you can easily verify the authenticity of a work of art and its ownership history through blockchain technology, which is impossible to tamper with.
  • Easy transfer: If you ever want to sell or transfer the artwork, the NFT makes it possible to digitally document the change of ownership, which increases the artwork’s value over time.
  • Long-term value: A digital certificate can be stored securely online, allowing you to always have access to proof of your investment, no matter where you are.

 

To Existing Owners

If you already own one of my artworks that was created before I began offering digital certificates, please feel free to contact me. I’d be happy to issue both a paper certificate and an NFT for your previously purchased artworks so that they, too, can be part of my new digital authentication process.

How do you receive your certificate?

    1. Open your digital wallet
      • If you don't have one, you can download a compatible wallet such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Coinbase Wallet. These wallets are available for both mobile and browser.
      • Follow the instructions to set up your wallet, and be sure to store your recovery phrase securely. You may want to take a screenshot of the words so you also have a photo of them.

 

    1. After you have purchased the work, send an email to nft@profeta.dk with the following information:
      • Your wallet address (Use the copy-paste function to copy your digital wallet address)
      • The hologram number (You'll find the hologram number on the certificate of authenticity)

 

  1. View Your NFT
    • You can view your NFT by scanning the QR code on the certificate of authenticity that comes with the artwork.

Note:
You need to have digital currency in your wallet to receive an NFT, but you don't need to worry about that. Before I send you your NFT/digital certificate, I'll send you enough digital currency to cover the transfer.
